Manufacturing
Eight blending kettles, seven filling lines, one lab
Blending runs under a fully automatic control system, so a batch recipe is held by the controller rather than set by hand. Filling covers 4 L, 18 L and 200 L formats, and every unit is inkjet-coded with its batch before it leaves the line.
Automated blending
A fully automatic blending control system runs eight kettles from 15 t to 60 t, with three 15 t ground tanks feeding the filling hall. Batch recipes are held in the control system rather than set by hand.
Filling and packing
Seven filling lines cover 4L, 18L and 200L formats, with eight inkjet coders applying batch and date marks on every unit before it leaves the line.
Base oil inventory
23,000 t of combined storage across Yantai and Tianjin, with ten 700 m³ storage tanks and forty-three 60 m³ semi-finished tanks on the Yantai site.
Laboratory control
In-house testing covers viscosity, low-temperature pumpability, flash point, pour point, foaming, demulsibility, oxidation stability and four-ball anti-wear performance — the full set of parameters a buyer needs on a certificate of analysis.

Most of our export business is other people's brands. You bring the market, the viscosity grade and the label design; we handle formulation, blending, filling, coding, testing and the export paperwork that goes with it.

Test data, not adjectives
Every batch is tested in-house before release. The laboratory covers the full parameter set an overseas buyer needs on a certificate of analysis — from kinematic viscosity at 40 °C and 100 °C through to four-ball anti-wear performance.
