Blending runs under a fully automatic control system, so the recipe is held by the controller rather than set by hand. Filling covers 4 L, 18 L and 200 L formats, and every unit carries a batch and date code before it leaves the line.

Every drum carries its own history
Eight inkjet coders apply batch and date marks on the filling lines. A batch number links the finished pack back to the blending record, the base stock and the additive package used in that run. Request the batch record with any order.
Base stock intake
Incoming base oil and additives recorded against the batch before blending starts.
Blending record
Kettle, batch size, recipe and operating parameters logged by the control system.
In-process check
Viscosity and appearance verified before the batch is released to filling.
Filling and coding
Batch and date code applied to every unit; count reconciled against the production order.
Release testing
Finished product tested against the agreed parameters; certificate of analysis issued.
Sample archive
A retained sample of every batch is stored so a future order can be matched to it.
