Most of our export volume ships under other companies' brands. You bring the market and the label; we handle formulation, blending, filling, coding, testing and the export paperwork.
The process
Six stages from brief to bill of lading
Formulation match
We select base stock and additive package against the required API, ACEA or OEM performance level and confirm the viscosity grades.
Packaging and artwork
Pack format from 1 L to 200 L, label and carton artwork, bilingual technical text, batch and date coding requirements.
Blending and filling
Batch blending under the automatic control system, filling on the 4 L, 18 L or 200 L lines, inkjet coding on every unit.
Testing and release
Laboratory testing of the finished batch against the agreed parameters, with a certificate of analysis issued on release.
Documentation
Certificate of analysis, material safety data sheet, packing list, commercial invoice and the export documents your customs broker needs.

What buyers ask before the first order
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the pack size, the number of grades and whether you need custom label artwork. A single-grade, single-pack order in a standard pack format is the lowest entry point; mixed orders across several grades are quoted individually.
Can you print our own brand and label design?
Yes. Private label is the core of our export business. You supply the artwork to the label dimensions we confirm, and we handle printing, application and carton marking.
Can you match an existing product we already sell?
Send the technical data sheet or a sample. We compare the specification, viscosity grade and additive system, then propose the closest formulation we can produce on our lines.
What documentation comes with a shipment?
Certificate of analysis for the batch, material safety data sheet, packing list and commercial invoice. Certificates of origin and other market-specific documents are arranged on request.
How long does a first order take?
Lead time is confirmed with the quotation and depends on whether the packaging is standard or custom-printed. We confirm the schedule in writing before production starts.
